Sat Nov 30 11:40:49 CET 2024 Last I looked it was 2024. It is the age of AI. So everyone makes you believe. OK then. I started throwing out my hoarded household garbage that I was procrastinating on for decades because I wasn't sure whether I should throw it out. Gone are all the batteries, gone are all the broken lightbulbs all the Electric shit that doesn't work. I live in a low-income housing. I can't afford to "properly" dispose of things, it has to go out in the household garbage. So for decades is was enthralled and caught in a paradox on what to do with these things and I even got accused with the few people who entered my apartment that I'm a hoarder (german word here is Sammler, german word for the paradox is properly "befangen"). I'm a hoarder only because society is ill. We are faced with catch-22's on what to do with our garbage and we have to sort it out ourselves. Never no more! I'm throwing it out in household garbage, I pay for garbage removal anyhow. It cures my shyness of inviting potential friends over because I'm less ashamed and embarrassed of my home, and we are living in the 2020's anyhow. Let the AI robot arms sort out the trash that "doesn't belong" in there. Sorry it's only fair! Get with the times. So instead of wasting another freakin' billion EUR on war machinery training a predator drone or eurohawk on identifying targets, use the skills and infrastructure you claim to have to sort out batteries in household garbage. Thank you for these times, they're splendid! Oh another thing. The USA has skills for AI training, and the infrastructure for outsourcing AI models via the cloud. Just in case you're now freaking out that your system needs an upgrade to the times! But you can also do this yourself I'm sure you have the skilled human resources to train a robot arm and camera to identify bad items on a conveyor belt and pick them out. Good luck!
